UK: Operator Charles Hope Apartments has opened its second site in Manchester, close to the Northern Quarter in the NOMA district.
Located at 1 Rochdale Road, Manchester Centre serviced apartments by Charles Hope offers one or two-bedroom units. Each fully-furnished apartment provides a living area, kitchen, and double bedroom. The bathroom features a bath or shower.
In-room amenities include a washer and dryer for laundry, smart TVs, and a work area.
Elsewhere on property, guests can also use flexible work spaces, a gym, cinema room, roof terrace and BBQ area.
The city centre apartments join the Manchester Townhouses by Charles Hope, which opened in 2023 located on Chester Road.
Charles Hope’s expansion in Manchester closely follows the launch of a site in Liverpool.
The group’s UK portfolio includes serviced apartments in Aberdeen, Brentford, Canary Wharf, Croydon, Hounslow, Kew Bridge, Greenford, Plymouth, Reading, Salisbury, Staines, Southampton, and Swindon.
