UK: SACO The Serviced Apartment Company won the Best Property Provider or Solution at last night’s Re:locate Awards in London.
The Re:locate awards celebrate excellence across the relocation and global mobility sector, recognising the contribution of relocation to business, and rewarding best practice. The winners were announced during a black-tie gala dinner at the Institute of Directors (IoD), in London’s Pall Mall, on Thursday 14 May, 2015.
The category for Best Property Provider or Solution, which is aimed at providers of property solutions, from destination services providers to serviced accommodation providers and estate agents, included finalists such as Skyline Worldwide, Cheval Residences and Oakwood Worldwide.
The awards judges said: “SACO has produced year-on-year revenue growth of 10 per cent from relocation management companies as its reputation for service grows. It has increased the number of SACO properties in London by 15 per cent, focusing on popular locations such as Bermondsey and Marylebone, while increasing property supply globally from 600 to 900 locations. It has also delivered bespoke housing options for clients such as PwC and BMW in London and Birmingham, to support their needs.”
Ben Harper, sales director at SACO, said: “To be picked from such an established shortlist of providers is such a privilege. This is a special one as it’s validation that we’re on track with our objective to provide a great service to the relocation community.”
