France: Following the opening of MOB HOTEL in 2017, MOB HOUSE has opened in Paris with 100 rooms designed for extended stays.

The property features three-in-one modular rooms which comprise a bed, office and meeting room. Other amenities at the hotel include a garden of over 2000 square-metres, a 20-metre outdoor swimming pool, a gym, meeting rooms, and more.

A 200-seat organic restaurant Feuille de Chou will serve a French-inspired menu. The hotel has committed to partnering with small-scale organic producers to develop a short supply chain.

Natural materials have been used in the construction and design of MOB HOUSE, such as terracotta, wood and clay, as well as the use of natural hygiene products for guests.

It has been created by Cyril Aouizerate, Philippe Starck and Michel Reybier. Further information about MOB HOUSE can be found here.

The MOB brand has recently announced the implementation of IDeaS Pricing System throughout its properties in France and the United States.

Olivier Pateras, multi-hotels revenue team manager at MOB HOTEL, said: “IDeaS will help me remain fast and flexible. I’m not a fan of the reporting process. IDeaS makes it easy to generate insightful reports, budgets and forecasts and automatically send them as needed. IDeaS has been very professional and involved throughout the entire process so far, and the decisions Pricing System provides will help our revenue team free up time to focus on other important tasks.”
