India: Delhi-Based Home-Like Hotels has signed a nine-year agreement to operate 500 serviced apartments for Ganpati Infrastructures Limited.
Ganpati Infinity Vrindavan studio apartments, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, are designed to cater to the needs of individual and group residents or travellers.
“The concept of complete serviced apartment and home stay is here to stay and is now considered to be the best alternate to hotel accommodation in the global hospitality industry. Often what today’s most sophisticated travellers seek is limited service fine economy lodging services at any of the destinations. Ganpati Infinity Vrindavan is part of a mixed-use eight-acre complex surrounded by world famous temples. The complex includes club facilities, a banquet hall, swimming pool, multiple fine dining and recreational options, retirement apartments, hospital, and a wellness centre.
Home-Like Hotels also operates serviced apartments at the H20 Residency, in Greater Noida. Future projects include 150 studio rooms at Greater Noida, Knowledge Park III, and a 150 rooms in Barog, Himachal Pradesh.
