Artyzen Hospitality Group to open extended stay options in Shanghai

CHINA: Artyzen Hospitality Group is launching five properties in Shanghai this year, including aparthotels, serviced apartments and conference centres.

Tomorrow, September 1, the group will open the 210-room Shàng by Artyzen Qiantan Shanghai, and the 260-key aparthotel Artyzen Habitat Qiantan. The aparthotel has studios and suites with fully equipped kitchenettes, living areas and work space.

Peter Wynne, senior vice president of Artyzen Hospitality Group said: “We are excited to be launching a series of new projects in Shanghai, Suzhou, Zhuhai, and Chongqing, with development plans for other major gateway cities under way. By 2023, we expect to be operating 19 projects, covering both the Chinese and international markets.” 

In October the group will also open the Eature Residences Lingang, which will offer 128 serviced apartments. 

Each apartment features a kitchen, washing machine, living area and separate bedroom. The apartments are located near Shanghai Pudong International Airport. 

October will also see the opening of its Artyzen Lingang Shanghai in the Lingang Special Area and Lingang Xinchen International Conference Centre.

Artyzen Hospitality Group is an international hotel management company with properties in Beijing, Chongqing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Zhuhai, Hawaii, Singapore and Macau, where it operates the Grand Coloane Resort and the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. It is a subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited.
