QATAR: Steigenberger Residences has opened its doors in Doha in time for the FIFA World Cup this month.
The Residences offers 278 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the Commercial District on Airport Road.
Deutsche Hospitality signed a management agreement for the Steigenberger Residences in June.
Apartments have spacious bathrooms, integrated living rooms with LED TVs, a dining table to host and enjoy sharing food with family and friends, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen.
Guests at the serviced apartments can enjoy facilities such as a rooftop pool, full spa, Kids’ Zone, as well as five restaurants and bars (alcohol is not served in the restaurants and bars).
There is also a ballroom, four meeting rooms and a business centre for those travelling for work and events.
The Residences will complement the recently opened Steigenberger Hotel Doha. Both are a 10-minute drive to Hamad International Airport and within walking distance from the business park.
The FIFA World Cup will start on November 21. Qatar has added many extra rooms, extended stay and serviced apartment offerings for the event.
