UAE: Real estate developer Deyaar Development PJSC in partnership with hospitality management company Millennium Hotels & Resorts have announced the launch of a residential project located in Al Furjan, Dubai.
Millennium Talia Residences will be Deyaar’s second property in Al Furjan after Amalia Residences. The project forms part of a total project portfolio worth AED 300 million.
It also marks Deyaar’s fourth property managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Other properties include Millennium Atria Business Bay, Millennium Mont Rose at Dubai Science Park, and Millennium Al Barsha.
The serviced apartments at Millennium Talia Residences will be furnished one- and two-bedroom units with kitchens. One-bedroom apartments range from 670-1,275 square feet at a starting price of AED 958,000. The two-bedroom apartments range between 1,130-1,465 square feet at a starting price of AED 1,443,000.
Services such as a concierge, food and beverage room service and housekeeping, among others, will be included. Amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym and a leisure club will also be available.
The launch offer includes a post-handover two years payment plan, 50 per cent Dubai Land Department registration fees borne by Deyaar, as well as complimentary first year service fees.
