US: Third-party operator Lodging Dynamics has promoted two members of its team to VP finance and director of business development.
Dan Applegate has been promoted to vice president of finance and will oversee the company’s financial strategy, hotel and company reporting, forecasting and owner relations.
With 25 years of hospitality experience spanning both finance and operations, Applegate previously served as director of finance and has held several other key positions within Lodging Dynamics.
Nick Vitolano has also been promoted to director of business development, where he will lead the sourcing and evaluation of new management and acquisition opportunities.
With a background in resort, branded and luxury/lifestyle properties, Vitolano specialises in brand conversions, underwriting and market analysis and has previously worked for Marriott and Hilton.
