UK: Stephen Nash has been appointed general manager of The Other House Covent Garden ahead of its opening in Q4 2025.
Nash joins The Other House from Escapade Silverstone where he led the opening and operational delivery of the £80 million development, comprising 60 luxury residences and a private clubhouse at the Formula 1 circuit.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Nash has also held senior leadership roles across Germany, Italy and the UK. This includes overseeing the operations of 11 lifestyle properties with Boscolo Hotels, as well as key positions with Marriott and Precise Hotels.
“It’s a real honour to join The Other House and be part of such a visionary and dynamic brand,” said Nash. “I’m excited to work alongside Naomi at al. to create something truly special in Covent Garden – building a world-class team and delivering an experience that feels like our residents’ other house for as long as they are in town.”
Naomi Heaton, CEO and founder of The Other House, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Stephen to the team at this exciting time in our journey. His exceptional expertise in launching standout properties and his genuine commitment to guest experience and innovation make him the perfect fit to lead The Other House Covent Garden. We look forward to watching him bring his energy, insight and leadership to this new chapter.”
When open, The Other House Covent Garden will mark the second property in the portfolio. It spans seven buildings, including a former rectory, and will feature the Owl & Monkey cocktail bar, an all-day café, wellness centre and gym, and an exclusive rooftop bar.
The private members’ club at Covent Garden will also offer access to a bar and numerous lounges.
