US: Real estate firm Noble Investment Group has appointed two directors of asset management across its extended stay and upscale select-service platforms.

Klawitter joins Noble from Extended Stay America, where he spent more than 25 years across a variety of roles include general manager, operations, and revenue.

At Noble, Klawitter will lead the firm’s branded long-term accommodations platform, guiding initiatives that drive revenue, profitability, and operational innovation.

Earlier this month, Noble acquired 16 WoodSpring Suites properties through two transactions.

Alongside Klawitter, Tim Bowes has also been appointed to lead Noble’s upscale select-service hotel portfolio.

Most recently, Bowes served at Hospitality Investors Trust, a Brookfield company, and previously held senior roles with Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.

“Tim and Mark bring deep industry expertise and a performance-oriented mindset that aligns with our institutional approach to asset management,” said Steven Nichols, managing principal and head of asset management at Noble. “Their leadership will enhance our ability to drive operational excellence and long-term value across our platform.”
