US: Developed by Vision Hospitality Group and CBL & Associates, the 139-key extended stay hotel Element by Westin Wilmington has opened in Mayfair Town Centre.
The opening marks the second Element property in the Vision portfolio, as well as the 43rd hotel overall.
On-site amenities include a restaurant and bar, laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, gym, meeting space, and more.
Sustainable features include electric car charging stations, filtered water systems and complimentary bike rentals.
Mitch Patel, CEO of Vision, said: “We are proud to add the Element by Westin brand to our portfolio in Wilmington. This is the second Element property we have opened and our second hotel in the Wilmington area.
“Together with CBL, we have developed a space that combines hospitality with sustainability. This is also our second new development project with CBL & Associates, a strategic partner for Vision as we expand in key markets.”
