UK/Middle East: Luxury hospitality group Cheval Collection has introduced a’ ‘Bespoke Experiences’ offer to personalise guest stays.
Cheval has partnered with select brands to provide curated in-room experiences for guests during their stay.
Partner brands include:
• HOMEtainment – provides over 200 experiences ranging from private chefs, mixologists and musicians to masterclasses and children’s entertainment. The team will take care of planning and delivery.
• Bicester Village – home to 150 luxury fashion and lifestyle retailers. Cheval guests can arrange a personal shopping consultation and receive an additional 10 per cent off selected shops when they become a Bicester Village member.
• The Proposal Company – A luxury event planning company responsible for planning bespoke marriage proposals.
• The One Romance – luxury event planning company, specialising in marriage proposals, romantic experiences and celebrations.
The addition of Bespoke Offers builds on the company’s partnership with Global Hotel Alliance, whereby members of the GHA Discovery loyalty program can unlock benefits such as upgrades and other local experiences.
Cheval operates 11 properties across London and Dubai, designed to accommodate guests for any length of stay.
