US: Developer, owner and operator Sandpiper has opened the third ECHO Suites extended stay hotel in its portfolio, located in Sterling, Virginia.
The 132-room property is located at 46404 Benedict Drive. Amenities include a fitness centre, on-site laundry, EV charing points, and more.
Sandpiper will also operate the site under its management arm, Sandpiper Hospitality.

The Sterling market is diverse and rapidly growing, and this new extended stay hotel fills a vital need.”
Sandpiper currently owns 42 hotels across eight brands in 12 states, and oversees nearly 70 hotels.
With the latest opening in Sterling, there are 12 ECHO Suites locations across the US. Later this year, three more properties are due to launch in Arizona, Georgia and Texas, followed by another in Texas and Florida in early 2026.
