Cheval expands in Saudi Arabia with second signing

Saudi Arabia: Luxury hospitality group Cheval Collection has signed an agreement with Ladun Investment Company to open a second site in Riyadh. 

Set to open in 2028, the new-build property will operate under the Cheval Maison brand. It will feature approximately 150 apartments ranging from studios, one, and two-bedroom units. 

Amenities will include a gym and pool with public memberships available, along with several F&B venues.

Cheval Maison – Sulaymaniyah will join Cheval’s growing regional portfolio, which includes: Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai and Cheval Ladun Living, the latter on track to open in 2027 and also owned by Ladun Investment Company.
