Staycity Group partners with The Property Trust Group on £120 million Shoreditch aparthotel

UK: Dublin-based aparthotel operator Staycity Group has partnered with property investment group The Property Trust Group on an £120 million Wilde aparthotel development in Shoreditch East London.

The scheme, located at 19 Great Eastern Road, will comprise 275 self-catering studio and one-bedroom apartments across an 11-storey building. Facilities will include a restaurant, café bar and cocktail lounge, dining space, fitness room and guest laundry, alongside a biodiverse roof.

WT Partnership is managing the project, with Gilbert Ash appointed as contractor. Completion is scheduled for May 2027.

Staycity said the property will be its largest Wilde in London and the brand’s fifth Zone 1 location. Wilde currently operates sites in Aldgate, Covent Garden, Liverpool Street and Paddington, with further openings planned in Amsterdam and Porto next year.
