US: Synergy Global Housing has appointed Charley Muste as supply chain manager for its Americas region.

Based in Denver, she will be responsible for “managing, building, and enhancing supplier networks across the Americas”.

She brings 19 years of corporate housing industry experience in sales, management, operations, and human resources development to her new role.

Prior to Synergy, she worked as a senior account executive of national sales with Brook Furniture Rental, and as executive director of HR and organisational development for Blvd Suites Corporate Housing for 13 years.

“Bringing Charley’s industry experience and expertise to the global Supply Chain team will play a critical role in differentiating Synergy’s supply chain from others in the market place,” said VP of global supply chain, Joan McCarthy Mack. “Charley brings a disciplined, process-driven approach and strong operational skills that will benefit all aspects of our supplier management program.”

Muste added: “As a long-time partner to the organisation and one of the biggest fans of its two influential, visionary founders, I’ve watched with great admiration as Synergy blossomed and took its rightful leading role in the industry. It is a special privilege — and a humbling one at that — to join Synergy, an organisation that truly loves its people, guests, clients, and partner providers.”

Muste holds a master’s in Business Administration from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She currently serves as a CHPA conference chair and has a CCHP certification.</p
