Ben joined the Watergate Bay group of companies in 2018, with the goal of setting the vision and growth agenda across its three businesses. He was previously commercial director at SACO The Serviced Apartment Company (now EDYN Group), where he was responsible for the opening of six urban aparthotel developments including The Cannon - London, Leman Locke - London, Eden Locke – Edinburgh and The Wittenberg – Amsterdam. Ben was part of the team which transitioned the business from family ownership, through a private equity cycle through to its sale to Brookfield Asset Management for £430m.
