Julia Hart has a vast amount of business experience, covering several different sectors, including the fitness industry, charity fundraising and recruitment. She has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a natural skill for communication and has developed, owned and sold a number of businesses over the last 25 years. Property has always been a passion of Julia's and, after taking the plunge into a yearlong property training program with Belinda Grashion in 2016, she moved into the sector full-time. She has continued to work closely with Belinda, developing an acquisitions business in the north-west of England and runs this part of the business alongside the service accommodation brand Ayoola, which launched in 2019.
