Kilian Vollbach is a junior hospitality consultant and a team member of the Swiss-based Hospitality Consulting firm HoCoSo. Since early 2017, Kilian conducts market research, feasibility studies, and valuations for multiple of HoCoSo’s projects across Europe and specializes as the firm’s Concept Development Coordinator in hotel concept and product creation. ‘Driving innovation to enhance all stakeholder’s positions’ is Kilian’s objective with which he strongly contributed in the firm’s latest concept development projects. Prior to HoCoSo, Kilian has worked with Pan Pacific Hotels Group in Canada and the Ritz Carlton Arts Hotel in Barcelona. He studied International Hospitality Management at the Hotelschool The Hague, Amsterdam. Kilian is based out of Berlin and speaks English, German and Spanish.
