A Hyatt House property has opened in Chicago, close to the McDonald’s global HQ – the 14-storey building features 200 rooms including 67 suites specifically designed for attendees of McDonald’s Hamburger University training program for managers.
 
And in Austin, WaterWalk has announced plans for a 153-key development, made up of long and short stay apartments, right next-door to computer giant Dell’s head office.
