German push for serviced apartment charter

In recognition of the growth of the serviced apartment sector in Germany, the industry definitions charter, initiated by Serviced Apartment News and HVS, has been translated in to German to attract more signatories in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

We have seen steady growth in the German-speaking countries over the last couple of years, and have watched with interest some innovative operators in the area going from strength to strength. We have had the charter translated to coincide with next week’s  2016 So! Apart conference in Berlin, which is the biggest industry gathering in Germany, and hope that more operators will add their brands to the strong international list of signatories which between them account for around a third of the global serviced apartment inventory.
