US: Starwood Strategic Partners (SSP), an investment platform managed by Starwood Capital Group, has finalised an investment in VANA Partners, a real estate investment firm specialising in extended-stay hotels.
Under the partnership, Starwood Capital will provide funding, strategic guidance, and infrastructure support to help VANA expand its presence in the US market.
The move strengthens Starwood Capital’s commitment to backing early and mid-stage real estate companies through SSP and highlights Starwood’s focus on growing hospitality platforms.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
