UK: US serviced apartment company Churchill Living has joined the Orbital Partnership (OP), the global partnership owned by Citybase Apartments.

OP is designed to “connect owners and operators to a virtual marketplace that makes properties available to partners around the world”.

Churchill operates in more than 67 locations in nine key US cities.

Gary Hurst, Citybase’s sales director, said: “To have such a prominent US brand in our virtual marketplace demonstrates we can attract the best product around the world. The growth of the network allows partners to build closer links with their regular and new customers by offering accommodation across global markets.”

Julio Morales, Churchill’s executive vice president of sales development, said: “Churchill has a comprehensive property portfolio that will be made available through the OP booking solution to all its members. Our furnished apartments are located in top-quality buildings and apartment communities across the US. Properties offer the same amenities found in resort hotels, such as modern fitness centres, pools, and concierge services, with more space at a fraction of the cost.”

Since it’s launch in July, Orbital Partnership has added properties throughout the UK and in Europe. Swiss company AE Homes, which has properties in Zurich and Basle is the latest European company to join the network.
