UK: Guestline has launched bespoke software for the serviced apartment and extended stay sector.

The company says: “Scalable and web-hosted, this multi-functional software is already installed in a number of high profile sites such as SACO, Prestige and The Spires Serviced Apartments, helping vendors streamline management processes, boost revenue and reduce operational costs.”

The apartment management software has been developed to serve this growing market and “delivers a wealth of benefits to improve reservations, invoicing, rates and occupancy”.

One of the main features is the central invoicing module where invoices for multiple properties are automatically generated from one system for the duration of the stay. “Invoices contain the correct tax handling as required by this sector and automatically applies the decrease in VAT for longer stays. The system can also produce customisable invoice periods for long stay bookings, as well as advanced invoices,” says Guestline.

The company says it now offers customers “a centralised property management solution where they can manage availability for all apartment sites from one single system and can manage multi-property reservations, enabling users to sell to another property if the target apartment is full. Costs can be reduced too as the system is cloud hosted and there is no need for multiple systems at every site”.

The system is fully integrated with the distribution platform so online bookings (from their own website, OTAs and the GDS) are integrated with the apartment management software.
