Brazil: Serviced apartment operator Skyline Worldwide has announced the signing of an exclusive partnership agreement with Estanconfor Group in Brazil.
The partnership sees Skyline Worldwide launch its first direct inventory in Latin America, adding more than 600 serviced apartments across nine developments in Sao Paulo. The company says it is the only international serviced apartment company currently established in the Latin American region with offices in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Thiago Hahn, managing director at Skyline Worldwide, commented: “This new partnership is part of Skyline Worldwide’s ambitious plan for growth and development in the Latin America market, which should see new properties in other cities coming on board soon.”
Cinthya Caggiano, general manager at Skyline LATAM, said: “Our local knowledge of the market, as well as our physical presence in the region, puts us in a unique position to build strong relationships with key strategic partners, to provide our clients with the best prices for the best product in the safest locations.”
The new Sao Paulo properties are a mixture of luxury, four- and five-star developments with a range of unit sizes.
Estanconfor Group has been a recognised hotel operator in Sao Paulo for the last 10 years.
Thiago Hahn will be speaking at the Serviced Apartment Summit in London next month – the company is also a sponsor of the event.
