UK: The Serviced Apartment Company has seen six of its locations – including the recently opened SACO Manchester Piccadilly – rated four star by Quality in Tourism (QiT).

The properties are SACO Bath – St James’s Parade, SACO Birmingham – Brindleyplace, SACO Bristol – Broad Quay, SACO Holborn – Lamb’s Conduit Street, SACO Canary Wharf – Trinity Tower and SACO Manchester – Piccadilly.

Several of the properties received the four-star Gold Award reflecting “a very high level of quality, exceptional levels of quality, comfort and cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms and outstanding levels of customer care”.

QIT is a reliable regulatory body which carries out a quality assessment on accommodation providers and accredits a star rating based on services, facilities and quality of living delivered.

SACO managing director Stephen Hanton said: “We strive to be the leaders in the serviced apartment industry and take great care in everything we do to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction. From the point of booking to the moment a guest checks out, we want them to feel they’re in expert hands. We take part in Quality in Tourism because we have great pride in the product and service we offer and appreciate external validation and this recognition is invaluable.”
