UK: Go Native has been appointed to operate four London serviced apartment buildings, totalling 461 units.

The properties were formerly operated by Think Apartments. Go Native was appointed by administrators Duff & Phelps after the companies which owned the buildings were placed in administration.

The properties are:
• Go Native London Bridge (formerly trading as Think London Bridge)
• Go Native Earls Court (formerly trading as Think Earls Court)
• Go Native Bermondsey Street (formerly trading as Think Bermondsey)
• Go Native Tower Bridge (formerly trading as Think Tower Bridge)

The appointment is due to commence on 1 September 2014 and takes the number of units operated by Go Native in London to 1300.

Go Native CEO Guy Nixon said: “This is an exciting opportunity for Go Native to consolidate its position as the leading serviced apartment operator in the UK. Over the last two years we have invested significantly in the development of a scalable operating platform which will enable us to comfortably absorb the additional units.”
