Cyprus: Carlson Rezidor has announced its first project in Cyprus: the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, in Larnaca
The property is under construction and scheduled to open in 2017. It will feature 105 rooms and serviced apartments, and will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group and SunnySeeker Hotels under a franchise agreement.

The property will feature a restaurant and bar, club lounge, a pool bar at the fifth floor, a spa and health club, a conference room, themed restaurants and cafés, and shops on the ground floor.
Last month, Rezidor announced it was bringing its Radisson Blu serviced apartment brand to Istanbul.
