UK: Leman Locke by SACO will introduce one Treves & Hyde by Hyde Restaurants this month.

Located in London’s East End, Leman Locke is the first property in SACO’s new brand which it says “combines the autonomy, comfort and convenience of a serviced apartment with the status, personality and social immersion associated with the lifestyle hotel experience”.

Treves & Hyde will be open all day serving breakfast through to late night cocktails.

Downstairs will open with a reduced offer this month, followed by the main bar and restaurant opening later in the year.

The restaurant has “a Scandinavian feel with light woods and soft colours enhanced with natural foliage creating a warm, welcoming sanctuary from the bustling city outside”.

In 2017 it will host regular collaborative events with up and coming chefs.  Already confirmed are Masterchef finalists Billy Wright and Jack Layer. The duo and their team will bring “an innovative culinary programme to Locke by SACO, including supper clubs and master classes”.

Ben Harper, commercial director for SACO, said: “Our partnership with Treves and Hyde is one example of how Leman Locke by SACO continues to innovate in the serviced apartment sector – by blending the best hotel experience with the freedom and space of serviced apartment living.  We are working with new and existing clients to target a new type of ‘modern traveller’ who seeks a more authentic, local experience whether in town for a night or a few weeks.”

Further Locke properties will be rolled out across the UK and Europe from 2017 onwards.
