UK: Dublin-based Prem Group has opened the 41-unit Premier Suites Reading serviced apartment development.
The property features a mix of one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments in a central location next to the Oracle Shopping Centre, and close to Broad Street Shopping Centre and Reading train station.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living/dining area. Facilities include on-site parking, a restaurant and take-away delivery service plus a laundry and dry cleaning collection service. The property will also store clothing and other non-perishable items for guests making return visits.
The Reading property brings Prem Group‘s total number of serviced apartments to almost 750 across 15 locations in England, Scotland, Ireland and continental Europe. These include three cities – Bristol, Glasgow and Dublin – which offer serviced apartments under the company’s Premier Suites Plus brand. These apartments offer a range of additional services and facilities including a concierge service.
