China: Lanson Place Hospitality Management has signed a management contract with Guangzhou R&F Properties Company to operate serviced residences in Chengdu.
Lanson Place Tianfu Square Serviced Residences in Chengdu R&F Centre will be Lanson Place’s 11th property, and its first in western China. The property is in Chengdu‘s financial centre, Luomashi precinct. It will feature 162 units ranging from one-bedroom to penthouse suites, and will open in late 2016.
