US: WoodSpring Hotels has announced the opening of its latest extended stay hotel, WoodSpring Suites Denver Centennial.

The hotel, owned by Pure Strike Development LP and WS Centennial LLC will be operated by Overland Park, Kansas-based Hotel Management & Consulting LLC (HMC), and is located at 13253 E. Briarwood Avenue, Centennial, Colorado.

The four-storey, new-build property features 122 suites in three room layouts. WoodSpring Suites locations are pet-friendly and offer free wireless internet, vending machines and guest laundry. The Denver Centennial hotel is smoke-free and offers guests an expanded lobby space, complimentary coffee and a fitness centre.

“We continue to seek strategic and ambitious partners such as Pure Strike Development as we continuously grow the WoodSpring brand nationwide,” said Ron Burgett, executive vice president of franchise development and operations for WoodSpring Hotels LLC. “The greater Denver area is experiencing some of the highest demand the city has seen in years from both business and leisure travelers, and we are ready to serve these guests with our clean, comfortable, well-appointed rooms and simple, straight-forward business model.”

Pete Kramer, partner at Pure Strike, said: “We chose to partner again with WoodSpring Hotels because they offer a high quality extended-stay lodging option that will serve a variety of needs in the Denver area. The brand’s leadership in extended-stay, consistent high demand and proven operating model are just a few of the reasons we will continue to work with WoodSpring to expand in the Denver area.”

Pure Strike Development also owns one other WoodSpring Suites in San Angelo, Texas, and is looking to complete five more WoodSpring Suites in the Denver area over the next three years.</p
