Pennsylvania mixed-use project to include 127-unit Residence Inn

US: High Real Estate Group LLC has broken ground on The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, a $120 million mixed-use project.

Located in Manheim Township in Lancaster, the project is the company’s first mixed-use development and includes retail and residential elements as well as the Residence Inn by Marriott property. As the first Residence Inn in Lancaster County, it will be developed, owned, and operated by High Hotels Ltd. as part of its portfolio of Hilton- and Marriott-branded hotels.

High Real Estate Group president and COO Mark Fitzgerald said: “The Crossings at Conestoga Creek is all about unique, memorable, social, entertaining, and interactive experiences.”

A 258-unit apartment building and a Wegmans store will also feature at the site.</p
