UK: esa has launched a development of six serviced apartments in Kings Road, Reading.
Kings Road is a Georgian grade II listed building featuring six two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments located in the conservation area of Reading.
sea is working with developer Christina Meyer Homes on the project, which features high ceilings and sash windows. Apartments have open-plan living areas, integrated kitchens, solid wood flooring and marble or porcelain tiled bathrooms. Other features include intelligent app-controlled heating, LED motion detecting skirting lighting and USB power sockets.
