Colin Stone joins board of Mansley Group

UK: Colin Stone has joined the board of the Mansley Group after being appointed group commercial director of the serviced apartment operator.

Stone was general manager of The Knight Residence in Edinburgh for 15 years before it was bought by the Mansley Group in April 2015.  Mansley has expanded the Edinburgh operation from 28 to 32 apartments.

Stone will be responsible for the management and operations of the group’s properties in London, Inverness and Cheltenham as well as Edinburgh. Mansley owns top-end apartments in Kensington and Mayfair, acquired Highland Apartments in Inverness last December and in June bought Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham.

Mansley has also announced that Donna Butler, previously group operating officer, has been promoted to cluster general manager for England. Kevin Drummond, previously operations manager in Edinburgh, has been promoted to cluster ©eneral manager for Scotland, and Shonaid Bowie has joined the company as its operations manager in Inverness.
