Florida Residence Inn property completes renovation

US: Residence Inn Melbourne in Florida has undergone a complete renovation of its lobby, suites, breakfast area, fitness centre and boardroom.

General manager Jim Ridenour said: “The aim of our head-to-toe renovation was to remodel the travel experience for our guests. Whether it’s a family vacation or business trip that brings travellers to Melbourne, our upgraded suites and common areas were designed to make being away from home more enjoyable.”

The lobby has new flooring and décor, with a stone fireplace. Off the lobby, the transformed Theater Lounge  features new carpeting, light fixtures and tables, while the suites have new carpets, new beds, workstations, and kitchens featuring updated refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves and dishwashers. An updated meeting space can accommodate up to 10 people.

Residence Inn Melbourne at 1430 South Babcock Street, is near Melbourne Beach, Florida Institute of Technology and Orlando Melbourne International Airport. The hotel features six floors with 133 suites.
