Australia: Quest Cannon Hill has opened at 930 Wynnum Road, increasing the brand’s Brisbane offering by 100 rooms.
The opening follows the official opening of Quest Springfield Central a month ago.
Quest Apartment Hotels general manager for growth, James Shields, said: “Local business is thriving in Cannon Hill. Along with the development of the Southgate Business Park, Cannon Hill shopping centres are seeing major refurbishments to keep up with the suburb’s growth.”
Quest Cannon Hill features 100 apartments – a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The purpose-built property features conference facilities and an on-site gymnasium and pool.
Quest has a pipeline of 15 new property openings over the next 18 months across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. In addition to Cannon Hill, this includes properties in South Perth (WA); Maribyrnong, Epping, Notting Hill, Burwood East and NewQuay (VIC); Penrith and Orange (NSW); Quest on Manchester, Quest Tauranga Central, Quest Highbrook Extension, Quest on Tuam and Quest Mount Eden (NZ) and Liverpool (UK).
