US: Uptown Suites has opened its fourth extended stay property, in Riverview, Florida.

This is the brand’s second extended stay property to open in Florida, following its Homestead location. Uptown Suites will continue to expand its footprint this year with another six properties to open in the greater Denver, Austin, and DC metros.

This pet-friendly brand, owned by Starwood Capital, “offers amenities designed to make guests feel connected, convenient, and comfortable”. The Riverview property’s 128 rooms offer free super fast Wi-Fi, 43″ Smart HDTVs, and rapid charging USB ports. An in-room kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, two burner-stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Community amenities include on-demand grocery delivery, 24/7 gym, on-site guest laundry, and an electric car charging station.

Uptown Suites CEO Jon Pertchik said: “We have designed a product from scratch to meet the precise needs of travelers who intend to stay awhile.  Uptown offers free super fast Wi-Fi, the best choices of self-serve food options, in-room kitchens with quartz counters, walkability to retail, as well as convenient access to the greater Riverview and Tampa Bay areas.”

The property will celebrate its grand opening on February 21st with a ribbon cutting and property tours.
