UK: Signum Hotels, a hotel management company in India, has teamed up with London-based 360Stays to manage its entire portfolio.
The management agreement means that Signum Hotels will manage all 325 serviced residences operated by 360Stays.
The serviced apartments and properties are in 39 locations across the UK, mainly in the south but reaching as far as Birmingham and Newcastle Upon Tyne.
360Stays offers a range of serviced accommodation from studio apartments to six-bedroom residences.
Under the new agreement, the 360Stays portfolio will be rebranded as 360Stays by Signum.
