SINGAPORE: Australian serviced apartment brand, Adina, will debut in Asia with the opening of a property in Singapore on July 7th.

The brand’s first property in Asia will debut with the opening of Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard.

The property, which is in the former Regency House Singapore, has been refreshed in line with the brand and will be managed by Far East Hospitality (a home-grown operator of hotels and serviced residences).

The new Adina offers 88 studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 387 sqft for a studio to 1,205 sqft for a three-bedroom apartment.

The property is located in the heart of Singapore’s shopping district and close to restaurants, museums and parks. It has good connections to the rest of the city being between Somerset and Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations.

With its tagline #MyOtherAddress, Adina Singapore Orchard aspires to be the home away from home for corporate expatriates, leisure travellers, and individuals or families looking to stay at least six nights in the country.

Adina has strived to bring Australia to Singapore, and has several partnerships with Australian companies including gourmet retailer Ryan’s Grocery, which sources produce from Western Australia. Guests can stock up on groceries prior to check-in by ordering from its online shop.

Other welcome touches include a fruity popsicle at check-in, an Australian-inspired hamper with snacks and tea, and a Fedora hat to offer shade from the Singapore sunshine.

To mark Adina’s debut, guests will receive an exclusive Adina gift set and dining vouchers worth S$100 when they book and stay before September 30, 2022.

In March Adina opened a property in Dusseldorf, Germany in its continued expansion in Europe.
