UK: AltoVita, a corporate accommodation platform specialising in large enterprises, has announced the appointment of several experienced female leaders to its team.
The new hires will not only help drive the company’s global presence, but also play a crucial role in developing and implementing new strategic solutions for the business.
Led by female co-founders, Vivi Cahyadi Himmel [CEO] and Karolina Saviova [COO], AltoVita has already built a network of over one million properties worldwide and aims to deliver 2.5 million properties to businesses and employees across 20,000 locations globally by the end of 2023. With this goal in mind, the company has appointed new members to its leadership team, including chief of staff, director, Sofia Bombieri, who brings with her over ten years of business management, development, and hospitality experience.
Taking on the role of director of client partnerships, US, is Christina Blondheim. With more than ten years of experience in the corporate accommodation sector and four years in business development, Blondheim will lead AltoVita’s US expansion.
Blondheim’s counterpart in India will be Shradha Mithal, director of client relations, an experienced professional in the industry with key experience as the founder of Resettle Destination Services.
Ambra Ceratto, director of customer success, joins with over eight years of experience in the travel and hospitality sector.
Meanwhile, Lara Juan-Camps Castell will lead AltoVita’s HR department as global people officer, bringing with her valuable experience at companies such as TravelPerk and Onna. The new appointments will help drive AltoVita’s mission to build the largest and most connected ecosystem in corporate accommodations with smart, safe and sustainable living for employees anywhere in the world.
With a strong track record in private equity, investor relations and equity raising, Kinjal Amin joins the AltoVita team as finance director to head up the team’s finance function and strategy. Amin has experience working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, EY, and Accenture.
To expand the company’s global presence, Urska Blagojevic has been appointed as marketing director. Blagojevic’s experience in global SaaS, combined with her extensive knowledge in demand generation, product go-to-market strategy and developing account-based marketing programmes for enterprise sales, will help to elevate AltoVita’s brand to new heights.
To support AltoVita’s APAC expansion, Peggy Ng has joined the team as client development manager. She brings with her 19 years experience in business development and client services, as well as 10.5 years exposure to the mobility industry.

Following the closure of its $9.5 million Series A investment round in December, AltoVita is looking to continue expanding its growing team of 74. Shortly after the funding news, the company announced the appointment of Ivan Peralta as its chief technology officer lead the company’s technology strategy and delivery.
