US: Aman Miami Beach Residence has been designed by renowned Japanese architect firm Kengo Kuma and Associates (KKAA).

Located on Miami’s beachfront the Aman Miami Beach Residence will offer 23 serviced apartments across 18 floors.

The aparthotel, which will be a restoration of the former Versaille Hotel, will be a mix of Eastern and Western influence in keeping with Miami’s art deco style, as well as featuring intricate wooden details to reflect its Japanese influence.

Guests and residents will enjoy direct beach access, a spa, and several dining and entertainment options. The aparthotel will also have an exclusive Aman Club, where members can meet, socialise and enjoy the beachfront setting. Aman Miami Beach Residence is scheduled to open in 2024.

KKAA projects are currently underway in more than 30 countries. Kengo Kuma proposes architecture that opens up new relationships between nature, technology, and human beings.

In August Aman New York will open to guests offering 83 suites to those visiting the Big Apple.

Miami has also recently announced its plans for a mixed-use riverside development with Hyatt offering serviced apartments for completion in 2029.
