UK: Plans have been submitted for a 17-key aparthotel in the centre of Harrogate.
The plans include transforming the upper floor of a building on James Street and if approved the aparthotel will be operated by Beyond, which runs carbon neutral properties.
James Fry, founder of Beyond said: “Harrogate is a fantastic place and we are thrilled at bringing our sustainable, carbon neutral operating model to the town. This building is ideally placed so people can enjoy everything that Harrogate has to offer.”
Architect Corstophine & Wright, planning consultant Quod and conservation consultants Woodhall have worked together on the carbon neutral offering.
A decision from Harrogate Borough Council is expected in September.
Earlier this year Beyond Aparthotels partnered with investment management and advisory firm Vengrove to open a new-build aparthotel in York.
