ESTONIA: Bob W has acquired Estonia’s largest short stay serviced apartment operator, Estonishing Stay Apartments, tripling its coverage in the country.
Estonishing Stay, which was was founded in 2019 by real estate and hospitality experts Gerdi Arst and Evelin Org, currently operates properties in multiple Estonian cities and grew almost 600 per cent during the pandemic. Maaja Tuuling joined as co-owner in 2021.
Estonishing Stay is Bob W’s first acquisition and the beginning of its ramp-up in merges and acquisitions in the Baltics and beyond.

Founded in 2019, Bob W, a tech-driven hospitality provider, operates in Estonia, Finland, Spain, and the UK with plans to expand to Germany and the Netherlands. It has more than 1200 signed apartments in the pipeline across 28 properties in 15 cities across Europe including London, Madrid and Helsinki.
This year Bob W will open a London property in Whitechapel and the City of London. It already operates an apartment close to the Tower of London.
