UK: Luxury serviced apartment operator Cheval Collection has appointed Alyona Antonenko as the group’s general counsel.
Antonenko joins Cheval Collection from Keystone Law where she was a partner at the firm. She specialises in hotel management, franchise and development agreements, portfolio restructuring, conversions, and transactions.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Antonenko combines in-house legal leadership at InterContinental Hotels Group with partner-level private practice, advising companies such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Cycas Hospitality.
