UAE: Hossam Nabil has been appointed as the general manger at Cheval Maison-The Palm Dubai which is a part of the Cheval Collection.
Nabil will lead the team at Cheval Maison’s first international property outside the UK, which is located on the trunk on the Palm Jumeirah. He has more than 20 years of experience working in hospitality, having led a number of hospitality teams across the Middle East and north Africa. The properties that he has worked with are the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Groups and IHG, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, and Rotana Hotels. He has also been involved with the launch of more than 20 new four- and five-star hotel openings across the regions, working in the sales and marketing team, and as the hotel general manager.
Nabil said: “I am honoured to be leading the luxurious Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, which marks the group’s expansion outside of the UK. The property will open to the public this April and will feature 131-apartments. It will offer 100 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom options and a three-bedroom penthouse. The apartments are suitable for any length of stay and will have a rooftop pool and terrace, fitness centre and private parking.
