US: Commercial and residential development company CTW is building two Marriott extended stay properties at the Westford Lifestyle Community in Canfield, Ohio.
It says the addition of Marriott Springhill Suites and Marriott Towneplace Suites will allow for more overnight and extended stay resources for travellers.
A 129-room assisted living complex is also to be added to the Westford Lifestyle, to be located adjacent to the new scheme.
CTW was established by businessman Chuck Whitman in 1987. The company has since developed more than 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space and over 600 residential homes around the Mahoning Valley and across Ohio.
