US: IHG and KJ Hotel Properties have announced the opening of Atwell Suites Denver Airport Tower Road
Atwell Suites Denver Airport Tower Road is the second of the all suites brand to open this year, following Atwell Suites Miami Brickell, which opened in March.
The all suites hotel is the brand’s first new-construction prototype property and is located close to Denver International Airport, the country’s third busiest airport.
Guests at the hotel will also be close to the city’s attractions such as Denver Art Museum and Union Station in LoDo.
The hotel features a restaurant and bar, and all guest will enjoy complimentary breakfast, free wifi and suites with standing desks, ice machines, refrigerators and coffee makers with free coffee and tea supplies.
Some of the 96 studio suites have clear views of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge which is behind the hotel.
There are more than 20 Atwell Suites hotels under development and in the pipeline across the US, including a property in Austin, Texas due to open later this year.
