UK: Greenstar Serviced Apartments in Dundee have been sold to a private buyer for an undislcosed sum.
Located next to Abertay University, just a short walk from the McManus Gallery, Overgate Shopping Centre and the city’s waterfront development, the six apartments occupy the upper floors of the listed Mercantile Buildings. Having been recently refurbished, the apartments have a total of 11 bedrooms and can cater up to 34 guests.

The property was initially brought to market in February with a guide rice of £850,000.
