US: Extended Stay America has opened its 40th Extended Stay America Premier Suites, located in Sparks, Nevada.
Sandpiper Hospitality developed and will manage the four-storey 144-room, newly property, which is called Extended Stay America Premier Suites Reno – Sparks. It features free WiFi, complimentary breakfast, premium cable, a fitness room, on-site guest laundry, an outside grilling area and the brand’s signature lobby with additional vending options. All suites include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes, as well as signature bedding, recliners and workspace.
